Shipping
We aim to make every delivery as magical as our book bundles! At this time, we are only shipping within Canada.
Here’s what you need to know about shipping:
1. Processing Time: You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. We are a small team and do our best to process orders within 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Delivery Times: Please allow 5-14 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for expedited shipping orders. During its journey, it is not uncommon for some gaps to occur between tracking updates of a package. However, if your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time provided above, please contact us for assistance after 10 business days from the estimated delivery date.
Shipping Costs
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $125.00 (prior to shipping and taxes) to addresses in Canada. Orders under this minimum are charged $9.95 for standard shipping plus applicable taxes. Orders requesting expedited shipping will be charged $29.95 plus applicable taxes.
Undelivered Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we can re-ship your order for a re-shipping fee.
If you receive a Notice of Delivery card from our courier and your order is dropped off at a Pickup Point, you have 15 days to retrieve your package. If your order is not picked up in this time frame, it will be returned to us. We can re-ship your order for a re-shipping fee.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If you have not received your package 24 hours after it is marked as delivered, please contact us to confirm your shipping address. If the shipping address entered at checkout matches the shipping address provided, our Customer Experience team can proceed with re-shipping your order for a re-shipping fee.
