At Our Book Bridge, we take pride in curating limited-edition, personalized book bundles that offer a unique and meaningful experience. Due to the custom and exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to have the best experience possible. If your bundle arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable).

Modifying & Cancelling Orders

If an order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
